Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I access one of the 4-H modules for my school?

A. Your first point of contact should be your county Extension agent to access the modules that target lower grades. Modules are not evenly distributed across the state, however, your CEA should be able to determine if one or more modules are headquartered in their AgriLife Extension District. The high school lesson series (largemouth bass and white-tailed deer) can be accessed directly by going to the AgriLife Bookstore (See Websites).

Q. Do these modules meet Texas Education Agency Requirements?

A. Yes, all modules are formatted in TEKS and test questions are formatted in TAKS format where appropriate.

Q. Will any of these modules benefit the landowner?

A. Yes, the high school lesson series (largemouth bass and white-tailed deer) contain a wealth of information that the landowner will find invaluable as they manage their aquatic and wildlife resources.
